I have typically seen cooler evap temps at 25 degrees, and freezer evap temps between -15 to -20.

Subtract TD* from box temp and convert answer to pressure
using your PT chart

i.e. BOX @ 35 CLASS 2 = 10 TD (35 - 10 = 25) cooler
i.e. BOX @ 45 CLASS 3 = 20 TD (45 - 20 = 25) meat prep
i.e. BOX @ 45 CLASS 1 = 7 TD (45 - 7 = 38) flower box

TD* GUIDE - RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE DIFFERENCES
CLASS 1 7-9 TD @ 90% RH,
Results in a minimum amount of moisture evaopration during,
storage. Includes vegetables,produce,flowers,and chill rooms,
CLASS 2 10-15 TD @ 80-85% RH,
Includes general storage and convience store coolers, packaged,
meats and vegetables and similar products.,
CLASS 3 12-16 TD @ 65-80 % RH,
Includes beer,wine,pharmaceuticals,potatoes,and onions,tough,
skin fruits such as melons and short term packaged products.,
CLASS 4 17-22 TD @ 50-65 % RH,
Includes prep and cutting rooms, beer warehouses, candy, film,
storage and loading docks.,

Nicely done. That should be included in the "For Your Interest" section of this site.
