hi, i have a question about temps. i was taught too set evap. temp at 5 degrees after veiwing this site this is not the case is it? i do a fair amount of ref. work thanks ken

hi, sorry about question this is for a food machine that has too cool down a degree a minute or it will go into health shutdown, it must cool below 45 degrees in 30 min. or less too avoild health shutdown, also shutsoff at 38 degrees but if cabinet is at 80 degrees it still has too cool down in a time of 30 min. thanks ken
