looks like if a guy stayed on top of the leed certifications and all the tax credits and energy efficient stuff, he or she could be very rich!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The future looks bright. Now if we could only find some well trained techs to install and repair the stuff!!

I'm ready to be trained. I received my certification 3 years ago and all it did for me was to get me a job doing apartment maintenance. But boy I sure know how to install (and clean) a toilet. LOL

Talk about a giant step backwards.

I wouldn't consider it a total step backwards.
there is several guys on here that started in apt maint and they are owners now
