At least there is lots of room to rig it(not), hopefully only a couple of studs will break.
is that the head with a rubber gasket? if so the last one I had like that i had a gasket company custom cut one out of garlock, havent been back.

Hopefully won't be to bad did you notice the pipe at top dead center there is a eye bolt thru the top of unit soak the nuts and studs with something to help free them up. Not sure about what gasket is behind there this not the first time this one has been done I didn't fix the first one but Im sure gonna fix the second one guess I pulled the short straw on this one.

They have 4 Chillers in parallel off main supply and return header each one is 400 ton with 4 Chwp's 1 per Chiller. The last repair I believe was around 1 year ago also that gasket is rubber also this a glycol Chiller

my concern of 2 or 4 pipe is are they getting hot water bleeding through valves and blowing evap gasket. i have seen this multiple times on a 2 pipe system. you should talk to greiman about this job. keep us posted please.

These Chillers run 24/7 at least two Chillers are on all the time these are Glycol Chillers running at 38 deg. f for production which we have found out that they are cutting back which in turn means that now there not going to fix it at this time and are going to disable untill further notice.
