How do you set up email alarm alerts through I-vu 4.2

We just installed i-vu as our building controls. Great software. Unfortunately the tech does not have any idea who to get ivu to email out.

Try this i have attached. Not prop info as it is in help file. Be sure to set up alarms so nuisance alarms don't drive you crazy. Tell us how you do.

Before you start that PDF that jack put up note where you are on the GEO or NET tree, if you want to set up an action for a room but not the entire system you want to make the reporting action on that room in the tree. For a unit put the RA on that one unit, for the entire system put the RA under the root (top) of the tree.

Also not all alarms show under the GEO tree, make sure you put an RA under the NET tree to alert of problems with the system itself to catch those all important dead module alarms.
