Customer has a Mcquay AWS375 that lost all gas in all 3 circuits over the winter. Another contractor has been working on the machine. I personally have never touched this machine, (so my question is being based on word of mouth) but it's got me thinking. If all 3 circuits lost charge in the winter and now no leaks can be found, I'm guessing that it's due to some sort of o-ring issue or expansion/contraction issue. And if all 3 circuits leaked on this machine, there are many other machines/circuits out there which leak in the same spot. The leaks cannot currently be found. My question is, Where are the trouble spots at on these machines for leaks? Especially "winter" leaks. Thanks for the advise in advance!

Is the chiller hydronic loop also on the boiler loop if someone opened a valve or a valve failed during winter and hot water flowed threw the chiller barrel I have seen them dump the charge. As far as the winter leaks well I'll be no help there I'm in south Florida sorry.

that would be the new pathfinder. Is it not still under warranty?

Are you sure you have correct model number - AWS? If so it would have to be under warranty. I work for McQuay and would like to see that you get help with this.
