and, there is the FEDERAL REGISTER which is the continuous record of ALL legislation passed by congress. [ in the 1970s, I scanned this every day -- 10yr ]

Most regulation is at the state level. A few states are requiring fresh air ventilation. WA, WI, MN, and FL have requirements.
