Please Help Identify The Manufacturer Of This Pneaumatic Velocity Controller

I have Been using Titus's but they are SOOOOOOOOOOOO slow to act.
In my complex I only have 1 mixing box that has this controller is on and it is lightning fast compared to the Titus's.
On it is printed "VCV2500" if I remember correctly.
So anybody recognize this controller?
