I am wondering how to answer this question: how the fin's thickness influence the humidifying ability of a fan coil, provided that the face velocity is kept constant?

Sorry, I made a mistake.It should be "dehumidifying ability", not "humidifying ability"

There are big holes in the information that you posted to give a comprehensive answer. Air handlers don't humidify.

I think you are talking about dehumidifing, are you not?

If so the more fins per inch, on the cooling coil, the more moisture will be removed.

Sorry, Bencool, I mean the dehumidifying ability about the coil. But I would like know how the fin's thickness affect it, rather than the fin space.
