Our client currently has an opening for a Director of Operations who will be responsible for oversight of all installation projects and Project Managers.
Job responsibilities:
•Capable of managing 6+ direct reports (Project Management team)
•Overseeing all PM staff, subcontractors and field labor
•A solid background/knowledgeable in the following areas:
◦HVAC
◦Piping
◦Sheet Metal
◦Plumbing
Requirements necessary to qualify for this position:
•Strong PM experience.
•Previous industry specific experience and knowledgeable of industry practices/operations/standards; primarily in piping but not limited to.
•5-yrs experience as an Operations Manager or quivalent experience as a Project Manager
