Thanks to this section of the forum I searched for a better grill for my outdoor cooking. If I was to say how much it cost....50 trips to the dollar store would do it. A real find. I drove 165 miles each way...but it's in my yard now.
Click on my screen name and the pic is in my profile.

Nice grill.
One burner or two? What is that little box on the bottom right side, is it for smoke chips?

Yeah the drawer is for chips. I understand Holland Grills have one burner. I never thought I would own such a beautiful grill.

You better train your doggy so he knows that your new grille is not a fire hydrant. :D.
If that a comb grille/smoker?

Yeah it is a smoker too. I just cooked burgers, potato's and brussel sprouts on in it....nice.
Can I ask, Do you own that duct strap company?

I have the same grill, and it is wonderful. Just remember to cook by time, and don't keep checking whatever it is your cooking. Because, "if your look'n, it ain't cook'n."
Visit the Holland website, they have a forum that has lots of tips, and cookbooks that you can download.
Also, invest in a remote thermometer. That way you won't be tempted to open the lid.

A remote thermometer is on my list. I'll head to the big box stores or check out the Holland site.

I really lucked out. Bought it from a real nice family over in Virgina. Not concerned with the money at all. He knew how much it was worth, he bought it new. Told me a new one is being made, he said it's time for a new grill.......this one's gotta go. I was there in a New York minute. Came with the cover, cook book & half shelf for added grill space!

Yes, we had a job years ago that required a lot of flex duct to be installed. So I came up with the ductstrap. Now that I am semi retired we can work on getting them out to the industry.

It's OK for you to tell the world what you paid for your used grill.
The no-pricing police are on the job only for HVAC-related pricing.
Good luck with the new grill.
