I was woundering if the great minds on these threads could help me out I have a rheem 80% furnace with a honeywell zone board and damper. when zone 1 calls for heat the system goes into prepurg then starts the sequence of operation i switch out the zone board and the thermostat and is still doing the samething thanks for your time

The best idea you will get here is to call a pro. It costs less than throwing parts at it and then end up having to call a pro anyway.

Right on bro I'm in the gettos of Hayward but my company is out of Pittsburg we work all over the bay we do maintence and tract homes retro fits alway nice to meet someone from the bay !

ok thanks! you know sometimes its nice to have a outside option on calls that we may get stumped on. tech support is hard to get a hold of .............sucks!
