Carrier 30GXR174F-651FX Flow

I have a Carrier chiller that keeps tripping on loss of flow. I have verified flow but there is no flow switch wired into the panel.

Does carrier use something else to prove flow and does anyone have the troubleshooting guide to test them?

There is a thermal dispersion switch located on the inlet of the cooler barrel. Look at your wiring diagram.
