Homestar Program Introduce Into Senate

This is a $6 billion program that was once referred to as "Cash for Caulkers". The concept grew out of last falls successful Cash for Clunkers program.

President Obama called on Congress to approve it quickly in his most recent State of the Union Address. This could be the lift we have all been waiting for.

John, it is exciting jobs program--plan on telling everyone what is required for the upcoming Gold Star track? How to become a certified worker? Approved Contractor? I know all the details haven't been worked out but there are some parts of the nation that are woefully behind because their state's aggregate has not been set up for the oversite being required in this particular program. Others way ahead of curve: PA, NJ come to mind.
