symmetre system

I have a symmetre system that I am having some communication problems with. There is a lon card installed in the pc and I can see a yellow light on the card that is not lit up at all. I can see some devices but not all. Does this light have to be on?

If you can see some of the devices my guess is that your problem is somewhere else. Are there any FT10/FT10 routers in the system?

Do you by chance have a program called LNEX on the computer?

You were correct a loose wire two controllers before the router. thanks
