Anyone know what the latest rev of insight?
Can you go from 3.4 to new rev in one jump?
Anyone know ballpark of what cost would be from siemens?

No. Two revs at a time. (3.4 > 3.6 > 3.8 > 3.10)

Is older versions of Insight (3.4) compatible (supported) with new OS (Windows 7)

3.4 is not compatible with win 7

3.4 is only supported up to Windows 2000 SP2... which is not only a very old operating system, but it is also not the latest SP for that OS.

even 3.10 does not "support" win 7.... 4.0 is in the works and it it will support win 7
