06E Oil pressure lockout_NOT!

Anyone run into a Carrier 38AKS 028 -601 running the compressor with a net oil 0f 2psig and not tripping the oil saftey?
This compressor was so noisy I wasnt sure what head to pull first to inspect for damage.
I decided to condem the compressor all together as their is no way to tell how long it ran without lube.
Also noticed the resistors on the control module were overheated. I checked acroos the input for the ops and the switch was still closed after 4min of compressor runtime below 5psig.

A little less than 1/8" "no agitation"

Split (upper,lower) DX coils. They are both plugged solid! Condensor coil also plugged solid! Return fan belts loose and drive motor pullet open too far with the belts riding low.
All contributing to this failure, this store stops maintenance 2 yrs ago and wonder why.
