I just installed a Slant Fin SE-105 in my house. Its about a 2500 Sq ft 2 story house, 2 zones. The pressure has been hovering at 18/20 when cold (around 80 degrees) and around 30 psi at 195 degrees. The relief valve has opened twice. I have replaced the expansion tank an the boiler feed valve and am still haveing the same problem. any ideas?

Where is the water feed piped in relation to the pump and expansion tank? Do you have a bypass on the water feed line?
