Has anyone used the Sensaphone web600? Does your customers like it?

I used Sensaphone with JACE 4 R2. There was no any problems. It was about 5 years ago and no way to sent alarms via email. In Sensaphone I set 4 different codes for alarms (extensions). Pretty limited, but it did the work. Still no complains.
