Liebert UPS via SNMP

I am trying to bring in several UPS to a Jace via SNMP. I can connect to the device and if I enter oid's manually get good valid data. The problem is I would like to use the mib files for the device but I cannot get AX to compile them. No matter what I do I get compile errors. Anyone familiar with these devices or how to compile the mib?

I am aware there is an order you have to load each MIB file provided but that's about it, included text file explains that. Have looked at them before with ireasoning and the files loaded etc but don't know a thing about jace and how that works.
