I have a ductless split in a computer room and it is going off on P7 (error) code at the condensor. Which indicates unit too hot. The charge is fine everything works. What I notice is that the outdoor condensing fans never change speeds. From the reading I've done this thermistor TH3 should control the condensor fans speed. If the coil temp reaches 122f the fans should be on high speed. I can bring them on high by jumping out c23 (I think that's the contacts) ...so my head is telling me it's the thermistor or the board.....anyone have experience on these units and know some common faults?

I didn't ohm out the resistor but I pulled it from the board while it was running and the unit shut down and went to error code 3 (resistor open).
