In my study's over the past few years, one of the constants of the Islamic faith is that one must be either for, or against Islam. This is historically, relatively new. Prior to the 19th century Muslims considered Christians and Jews to be people of the Book, and therefore not required to convert to Islam as long as they paid proper tribute to Islam. With it being impossible for Muslims to impose a monetary tribute to Islam on peoples of Western and Eastern countries (not currently under Islamic control, such as is Indonesia), the attitude has changed to one of; either you are with us. or you are against us. In other words; assimilate of die...resistance is futile.
Here again is an example of how this is playing out in the United States; http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100307/ap_on_re_mi_ea/ml_al_qaida_american
Al-Qaida's American-born spokesman on Sunday called on Muslims serving in the U.S. armed forces to emulate the Army major charged with killing 13 people in Fort Hood.
"Nidal Hasan is a pioneer, a trailblazer and a role-model who has opened a door, lit a path and shown the way forward for every Muslim who finds himself among the unbelievers," Gadahn said.

Robo, the U.S. at large has its head stuck in the sand, i agree with your post but i think they are correct, resistance is futile.
Especially with the liberals in charge now, even freedom of speech is threatened to the point that speaking the truth could get one charged with a hate crime.

The arrest of Gadahn is a major victory in the U.S.-led battle against al-Qaida and will be taken as a sign that Pakistan, criticized in the past for being an untrustworthy ally, is cooperating more fully with Washington.
Ok not that i disagree , but,,,lets see them start turning over the real al-Qaida not just an American.
This type of spin makes me wonder about or news agencies true allegiance.
Is it to true unbiased reporting or are they really this dum.
Anyone who doesnt think the Paki's are a real problem hasnt tried to work for one.

No one has a "right" to serve in the Armed Forces a federal court has ruled several years ago, just like no one has a "right" to be an FBI agent, etc. Simply speaking we don't want criminals to be FBI agents so why would we want to allow Muslims to serve in the military any more than we allow communists to serve at least we used to forbid them. Thank you very much.

Many people in the world today enjoy putting God in their Box -- There are many examples " Observation of Sunday as a legal duty " ( 321 A.D. ) -Image worship (787 A.D.) - Changes in God's law of the first and second commandments .(476 A.D.) And believe me when I tell you one day, not one stone will be left unturned. I am not a lover of church only a lover of my Lord which is the Creator of the universe.

While the Pakis indeed are a problem and prolly about half the population is radical, they have made some big gains recently in helping the war on radicals, this is just one example. Their army is pushing at the territory NW where the problem is. Not to say they are our friends, but I will welcome good news as it comes in from anywhere.

That's what he gets for only being a convert. He probably was not getting the support that a born into Islam Muslim would have got. Now, let's see what is done with him.

It's pretty patetic when our leaders have to be so politically correct that they cannot say about Islam what Muslims already know about Islam;
"You can't say that Islam is a religion of peace," Choudary told CBN News. "Because Islam does not mean peace. Islam means submission. So the Muslim is one who submits. There is a place for violence in Islam. There is a place for jihad in Islam." Then again, I still do not trust where President Obama's loyalties lie; I just know that the president himself does "lie".

It is spelled out very plainly and clear, they mean us harm...
This is an evil cult, albeit a large number of it's members are inert to a large degree.

I'm sure they won't be as vile and vicious as the U.S. interrogators are.

Sure, the question is: How far can a stick of re-bar be shoved before one begs for a water-board? I personally have no idea, but I bet the Pakis will find out very soon...
Just sayin'

The Pakistanis play both sides. They are predominately a muslim nation while collecting billions in aid from the U.S. they help us when it is convenient for them while allowing the radicals to use their territories for a sanctuary. Oh, by the way WE allowed them to have a nuclear bomb! and they accidentally sold the secrects to some terrorist nations (Iran for one). OOPS

Pakis operate NUKES.R.US website for radicals,
"Call now, and we will give you two for the price of one, just pay extra shipping and handling"
I am doubtful the USA helped them get nukes though.
