The furnace for my home delivers 114k BTUH output. My recent load cal. suggested a 52k btuh heat loss and I believe a 70k output furnace would be better sized. I was wondering what the pros on this site would suggest for an oil fired furnace at that rating? Also, I didn't know how interchangeable furnace parts are. Can a smaller blower be installed in my furnace, so that can achieve the correct cfms to better match my ducts? Thank you.

No a smaller blower cannot be installed. With oil heat you have a great deal of heat being produced and if you cut down on the amount of air going over it,the heat exchanger would probably pop wide open.
There are of course several decent oil furnaces on the market but if you want the best then my choice is Thermo Pride. Its a top notch unit and has a 50 year history of being top quality

Thermopride has oil fired low boy furnaces with outputs as low as 56,000 BTUs.

Thanks, I'll look into the Thermopride asap. I'm only use to the highboys in my home. Will the a/c evap be setup the same in a lowboy like the highboys? Thanks again.

Pretty much so.

On a Thermopride, it is very important that the evap coil be raised of the furnace jacket. This is to give clearance above the heat exchanger for air flow.
