Can anybody who knows tell me what the requirements for an HVAC lisence in Toronto, Canada are? What is the board and link where you get the info for tests and qualifications?

Thats their website. They should have some information there including fees and forms. You can also call the toll free number to talk to somebody for more specific instructions..
