I have one project that the condition is very different between day and night.
- Day time, outside air temperature is around 30 Deg C.
- Night time, outside air temperature is around 14 Deg C.
It is located on the mountain in Cambodia.

My Mechanical design proposal is want to use cooling / heating coil system.
Mean that per FCU, I suggest 2 coils (1 heat, 1 cool).
AHU for public area, I suggest 1 coil only but can work for both condition.

I suggest to use Chiller system and Heat pump.
In Hot season, I will permit Chiller to operate.
In Cold season, I will permit heat pump to operation.
The condenser of heat pump, I use heat exchanger to exchange with hot water supply (for hotel).

Anyone know can give me the strategy for cooling and heating design esp for Chiller, Heat pump and how to link between Chiller pipe line and Heat pump pipe line. If you could provide us some technical data, principle book or project reference are much appreciated.

Thanks and best wishes for you.

i can't see your desire to use a chiller, 84 deg and 54deg

For the heat pump, the chilled water side are stored in ICE STORAGE TANK for using at hot weather. At CONDENSER side are used for Hot water system by HEAT EXCHANGER.

Please dont say that to loud. My company specializes in making custom chillers for roughly those temp requirements:eek:
