McQuay--Liquid Chiller--AGZ Model

We have a 10+ Year old McQuay Liquid Chiller--We continue to get a Shut Down of Machine Message--Voltage Ratio--The Chiller goes in to Alarm when not being called to come on--This is a Pumpdown System--But when we arrive--Voltage Ratio Again--Has anyone Experienced this in the Past and how did you correct it??
