Does anyone have a copy of the Honeywell form 63-7074 to share that specifies the resistance/temperature association for 20K sensors? I can't seem to find one anywhere on the net and I'd like to reuse some Honeywell T7770 sensors on a LON job.
Thanks!

The TR21 series sensors replaced the T7770s. The TR21s are 20K (except the 21A) and there is a resistance chart in the installation instructions.

I have the hokey little Honeywell chart. What I need is a table that specifies specific resistance values over a range of temperatures.
It seems that the table (form 63-7074) that is referred to in the product literature, has been removed from the planet. Maybe one of you 'old-timers' has a copy?

Hi Digo,
We're based in Santa Clarita but service most of the LA area - south from Huntington Beach north up to Bakersfield, east to Pomona and west to Ventura. Most of the work lately is in the
SFValley and Hollyweird.
One of my old Elon compadres was also a Brasil-nut - Do you know Howard Herrera? I think he now works for Wattstopper.
Let me know when you're up this way and I'll buy the cold ones!
Cheers,
lb

Nice. We do mostly SD county, from South Bay up to Temecula.
We occasionally come up to LA - we have a few buildings we were asked to rescue, hopefully none of yours! :grin2:
PM me your #, and I'll call you next time I'm up that way.
Don't know Herrera, it'd be nice to meet a fellow nut working in this nutty field.

Just some formulas I kepp in my PDA spreadsheet:
-----------------------------
B2 is the temperature cell.

C7041B,C,D,F,J,K mild temps
=67993547.1109369*(B2^-1.8919965700969)

C7170A, C7100A
=4.8*B2+3114.4

C7170B,C7100D,C7130B,C7031-PT1000
=2.1*B2+887

C7031G2006 w W927
=-2.2*B2+1914

C7031G2014 w W927
=-2.1*B2+3645.7

C7031D2003,J2009 w W927
=2.1*B2+935.3

If you have an Iphone or Itouch you can get the Temp Chart App and it will break it down in 1 deg incriments for you.

This chart worked very well for the Honeywell Series 2000 C7041 20k ohm sensors. Thanks for the link.
