Looking for a Union Contractor in Seattle

I just talked to a coordinator at the Local 32 Union "pipe fitters union" and i have a guaranteed spot open for me because i am a veteran with a little bit of training and experience. I just need to find a union contractor that is willing to hire on a first year apprentice or even a tradesmen. if there is anyone out there that might be able to help me out, I am a great worker and can send you my resume.

Here in Baltimore, Local 486, after you get into the training program. The training director places you with a company as a first year apprentice.... would you have to apply to the apprentice program?
