We also updated a building original relay logic control panel with a ddc panel. Panel provides control and monitoring of the plant. Control is provided for chw secondary, ice water, refrigerant, and oil cooler pumps, multiple refrigerant and air valves, monitoring of (4) 500hp r22 screws, and various safeties. communication with various a/h's.
Sorry, the original panel was gutted, no pics. new panel is Honeywell, powered by an Apple using MS-DOS, with hamsters in long habit trail tubes to the various points.
I attached a 9'' mag. torpedo level in various areas to give a 'scale' size.

Man, that's a lot of relays - did you consider a PLC? So, how did that pneumatic switch survive the retrofit? Thanks for the pics.

Good eyeball, Dave. A last minute knee je#k snap decision. I'll remove it later and put in a dummy switch when no one's looking. :couchhide:

Large refrigeration comfort cooling plant, with ice storage. bubblers are air pumps that are utilized to provide agitation in the cells, for a better 'burn' of the ice.

Not an industrial guy, but wow.
Looks nice. That is some freakin big stuff dude. I looked at the first pic and was like "why is he using a stat level on a board like that?" went back and double read about the level, and my eyes went :eek2: .
