I agree that Clinton is intelligent.

I do not agree with the "warrior" stuff. With a few exceptions; presidents just get recommendations from the joint chiefs and SOD, and then make the final decisions. They do not write military strategy.

Clinton did some things very well, others very poorly. He was blessed to have presided over a time of great global economy and a very good congress in his second term. Because of that in part, he is remembered fondly.

It would be and interesting experiment if we could go back in history and let Bush 43 and Clinton switch places. I suspect their ratings would change significantly.

Actually they do, in Toronto they have the CN tower. But it doesn't seem to bother Canadians in the least. In 2002 A friend of mine took his boat to Toronto and while there he blew up his outdrive. It took 6 weeks to get it fixed (at a cost of $6000 Cnd) so obviously we had to go get it, The original plan was to drive a car to Toronto and drive the boat back, I suggested we ask another friend of mine to fly us there in his plane.

By car it would take about 4 hours, by plane it would take about 30 minutes.

So upon approach to Island airport, Holtzy ( the pilot) calls Island airport tower.

Who stated that Clinton is still the president? As I understand it, the presidential title remains a priveledge for all ex-presidents. That doesn't infer that anyone thinks they still have presidential powers.
