YCD 2 comp size...Hi-Limit for heating

the cap tube snapped on the one i had locking up the heat call..anybody :anyone:know if i can ZORRO...in the new one and the cap tube or does i have to take the top off the unit:couch: to guide it in the lenght of the heatex the new limit cap is 2' long...thanks

Should be able to take off the back panel of the unit to access blower compartment and exchanger. Should be able to reach it from there.

did it today there is a staionary copper well that takes the cap tube straight in with 2 plastic filler rings the screws go thru before tightening down so the disc doesn't bend
