I haven't been on this site in a while. Here is one of the stores that my company works on. The store is pretty much a whole remodel.

Love the way the piping looks - glad to see it seems you care about appearance.

thanks! Yeah some of the piping outside of the room is not straight at the moment but we have to go over there and cut out all of the old lines and then we can move those around a little bit.

Never seen a zerozone rack before, didn't even know they made them. Looks good, now if you could just get rid of the cpc.

Looks good man. Which 'store' is that. I've seen "you guys" at the Mukwonago store a lot lately.

It's good experience for ya. Thats probably one of the only things we dont do here..... yet. ;)

I'm going to try to get some new pics up. The old piping is out and we changed out 2 8 fan condensers last week. Its quite a challenge giving hand signals to a crane when its pitch black at 1 in the morning haha.

I think zero zone makes a great rack. No wonder, their cheeseheads like me.

we have a few stores with them old remoted headers. Old school for sure.

We have an O6D running a -10 ice cream box that has been running for over 35 years with no compressor issues. Originally 502 converted to 404A. You should see excellent service out of that equipment. Very neat install.

I know many guys would argue with me, but I look at the details and Zero Zone craftsmanship is superior over HP, HUSSY, KYSOR, ect.

They do a good job of engineering to start, and they polish off the job with great paperwork and details about the rack. Everything in between is done with great tradesmanship and craftsmanship. They have incredible tech support. Those guys in their support department are long in tooth rack mechanics. They talk the same language.

It's no wonder it's a Wisconsin Founded Company.

hey Korndog, who do you work for? I know just about all the players in that market.

Have to say that I've never seen a ZeroZone rack.

A few of their cases here and there.

Not enough to form a strong opinion either way.

From the pictures, they are designed with more input from a service man. Easier access to the working parts.

Looks like a good job.
