Liebert Delux system 3 Chilled water valve issue

This is my first post on this site. I am having an issue with a chilled water valve on a Liebert Delux system 3 hanging up on me. This is the only unit in the room of about 600-700 sq. ft. There isnt much of a load in the room but when the chilled water valve gets over maybe 20 % capacity the valve doesnt close after the demand has been met. You can lower the setpoint to have the unit call for cooling then raise the sp back to normal and it will reset itself. Or you can cycle the power to the unit to reset it. The valve has been replaced and that didnt fix the issue. Any Ideas ??

Be a bit more clear, is the valve pneumatic or electric , is the system zoned or do you need continuous air flow.

The valve was replaced or the actuator, what type of controls do you have? What type of cooling algorithim ar eyou setup for Proportional, Intelligent,

That can be obtained in the model number, i.e.
SM = Standard Microprocessor AM = Advance Microprocessor
00 = LEVEL 00

This is an electric valve with continuous air flow in the space. The valve was replaced.
The unit has an AM controls and the unit seems to cycle the best under the Intellegent algorithim.

Since you have replaced the valve have you recalibrated the valve with the existing actuator, default is 165 sec for full travel. Their are steps to recalibrated in the manual for the unit or try 1-800-543-2778 Liebert Tech Support.
