I have a couple Carrier chillers daisy chained
to a Automated logic LGR.
How can I connect to this LGR to verfiy proper
communication and if it even reading the points
correctly?
Are there proper point tables to refer to?

Are the chillers BACnet? If so which flavour (mstp/arcnet/ethernet/ip)?
If it is BACnet, once your have made the physical connection to the correct port, you will have to go into WebCTRL disable binding and then discover the chillers, save the points to the DB and then enable the binding. You can then use display blocks in an eik file to display the data. The LGR also supports control blocks for third party devices.
If it is CCN, I don't know as I have never integrated to a CCN device.

Its CCN trunk going to a LGR...I need to verify that LGR is setup correctly.

Never done CCN integration. The LGR will have to have a CCN driver installed. You can do a ModStat on the LGR, if the driver is ####-vanilla-### it is only BACnet.
Checking on the ALC site I see 2 drivers - Carrier DataPort I and Carrier DataPort II. As stated I haven't used these and don't know what they do. I don't have any literature with me but they appear to be for ALC Portals and not LGR. I don't see anything under the LGR driver page for Carrier.
****Carrier owns ALC and it appears no talky! :argue: *** EDIT: THIS IS INCORRECT IT APPEARS TO BE SUPPORTED NOW
I'll look into it more when I get back to work next week.

xarralu is correct, they appear to be supported. The third column is for LGR. You will need the driver installed into your LGR. I checked the download page and they were not listed there but the appear to be available via the "find info" search.

How do I check the LGR or modify it
to make sure it is translating?
