Trane Tracker Override Question

I have 4 VariTracs tied to a V12 Tracker. For each of the VariTracs we have about 3 groups (i.e. 3 different tenants).

We have been monitoring their overtime usage since landlord wants to charge them for whatever they use.

While I was proving out the system, I have a few questions.

Example - If the normal schedule starts at 8am, and I press the override button at 7:50am, I should only log 10 minutes of overtime usage. But when I look at the list of schedules, even after 8am is says "Tenant 1 all members in override."

I've also noticed that if I press the override button while it is on schedule, operating normally in the occupied mode, that the status changes to "Tenant 1 all members in override".




So it looks like even if the tenant presses the buttong during the normal scheduled hours they are being billed for overtime? Or is that time ignored??

And if they press the buttong before their scheduled time, they are billed for a full hour even if they press it minutes before their schedule was to start??
