I haven't been here in a while but you guys always have the answers I need.
I disconnected a DX9100 to remove it and of course I got the pink failure alarm. That was in Sept, I still haven't figured out how to remove that alarm from my alarm console.
I even tried reinstalling the DX on the N2 bus and calling it the same name it used to have but that nagging alarm will not go away. it can be acknowledged but never disappears.
Help?
Thanx

With 2.x versions right click the alarm and select Force Clear.
With 1.x versions use the Navigation pane to: expand the station (i.e. left click the +), expand Administration, double click Alarm Service. From the far right drop-down menu (that now reads Alarm Ext Manager) select Alarm Db Maintenance. You should be able to handle it from there.
