What are you trying to do? From my understanding of your question yes it is possible, but I need some more details to make sure I understand exactly what you are trying to do.

Тhe system is builded in the following order. 6 switch boards, in each of them there is TAC Xenta 701 or 731 plc. Each 701/731 plc communicate with several TAC Xenta 422/452 modules thru Lonworks.
The connection between all switch boards and SCADA is only possible over Ethernet network.
The problem is that this structure is good if i use TAC Vista SCADA, but i am using Indusoft SCADA.

That is a question for Indusoft. Do they support the TAC Vista protocol? If not do they support OPC/Lon/Bacnet? If they do you may have to convert everything to OPC/Lon/Bacnet to get the data you want. Granted much of this conversion to Lon may already be done, it just depends on how it was setup. TAC has an OPC server and client, you may have to add the OPC server license to get the data out OPC from TAC Vista for Indusoft to read it.
I've never worked with Indusoft so that is as much as I can tell you.
