Dectron Controls

I am looking to install our controls on a Dectron DK unit (100% outside air) and looking at the electrical drawing there is a CDS valve wired to the temperature control board. I am wondering what CDS stands for, it shows four wires, black, white, green and red. I am thinking it is running a hot gas reheat valve but do not know for sure. Thanks for any help.

They should be able to look up your unit and explain the various parts and how they work.
