We installed a WaterFurnace “Envision” model # 072, 6-ton heat pump, dual capacity, variable speed fan, 15 kW strip heat, with hot water maker. Closed loop. The house is zoned, the upstairs and the main level. 2 each, VisionPro IAQ 9000 Honeywell programmable thermostat with outside temperature. It goes like this: Stage 1 for about 3 minutes, Stage 2 for about 3 minutes, and “off” for about 3 minutes. This repeats it and repeats it! In fact, a week or more with the same scenario! Our technician wired another Honeywell thermostat to treat as a 1-zone house, same bad luck! What is wrong? Thanks!
