Can anyone help me with a Manufacturer and Model Number on a differential pressure flow switch to replace the old paddle style?
I will be using them on some Carrier 30gtn 150 to 200 ton chillers.

You / we will need to know the pressure range your dealing with. I normally see the controls made by Johnson or Honeywell, I'm sure there are others as well.

Go to ifm website I have used them quite a bit lately a bit pricey but seem to hold up well

Those chiller barrels see about a 5 psi delta at 400 gpm.
I'll have to call and see if Midwest or ifm has a range a little lower than 25 psi. I like to run in the middle of the range but it might work anyway.

Custom Control Sensors, Midwest Instruments, Orange Research. In your particular case I would opt for Orange Research because of the low delta P. You'll have to get in touch with them and tell them the specifics of the instrument you want because they have very little if any off the shelf devices. I'd have it calibrated in feet of H2O rather than psi. That will give you a higher control point and wider operating range than psi.
May also want to consider thermal type flow sensor.

If you would like a good alternative to McDonald Miller or Johnson take a look at a Harwil Q5. We used them on larger chillers, designed for more flow than the other manufactures can handle.
