I have been trying to order this for 2 months. Has anyone else had trouble? I have called a million times and always get the same voicemail. I always leave a message and a phone number and they do not call back. Maybe they went out of business or something. They have a form that can be faxed but Im not to sure about faxing my credit card to a company that doesnt answer the phone or return calls.

Thats the number on the order form. They do not answer it. They either went out of business or dont want to sell it very bad.
