J compressors have no oil pressure regulator, they just run wild on oil flow to the bearings (at one time they tried a regulator spring in the motor end bearing housing, but removed it, from what I was told). Net OP will run anywhere from 45 to 90 pounds, depending on operating conditions and mechanical condition of the compressor - have seen it higher, but not often. Trip at 25# net. No IOM's were put out on pdf, but someone may have one that's been scanned.
