Hello,

I'm having issues with setting up the HW VP IAQ to dehumidify on demand with my Trane systems. I've pretty much given up on my contractor to set it up correctly. They've never used the HW VP IAQ and are at a loss. They've called Honeywell and Trane and still aren't sure of the setup.

The home and equipment are new and I would just like to ensure that the IAQ and my air handlers are wired and set up correctly for the most efficient operation.

I've attached photographs of the IAQ EIM, air handler connections, and dip switch settings for my main floor and basement unit. The heat pumps are Trane XL 15i's. The main floor also uses a Trane ERV 300 and an outdoor temperature sensor that I believe are wired correctly. Any advice on the wiring and dip switch settings is greatly appreciated.

I also found a few posts that state that Comfort R needs to be disabled. How is that accomplished?
