Rheem Airhandler Transformer issues???

I installed a new Rheem system 13PJL-30A01 / RHSL-HM3017JA yesterday and I'm having an issue. Everything went good then I went to hook up t-stat wasn't getting any power from transformer? The T-stat wires are new and so is the T-Stat.
1st check voltage on primary side of trans. good 120v on each. ( 240v trans)
2nd checked secondary and have nothing.
Ohmed out at P-73 and S-2
Seemed ok but changed transformer and same issue?
Took off mounting bracket and tested the same way but I had 10v at the base of transformer.
I have checked all my connections about ten times and nothing seems to be wrong. I just know it is going to something stupid but right now I don't know what else could be wrong.
Anybody seen this before?

So you need to get those post in now. And then you'll have to resend it.

Varies how long. By how busy the committee members are. They all have jobs/businesses they must take care of first.

It was obvious. Note to self always check power source. The easiest thing to do cost me 3 hrs and a night of sleep.

I thought you said you measured 240V at the primary??

120v measured on each side do not always make 240v.

Yes, 120v on each leg. Ground was issue.

If you have 120 v. on each leg where was your reference?
