I was giving an estimate earlier today on a 20I with clean effects air cleaner, the customer asked if I had ever dealt with the Ever Clean Green Filterless (yes I said FILTERLESS) air cleaner. Supposedly one of my competitors is pitching this product and has told the customers that it will keep the system clean with no filters.
Now I ask you guys has anyone heard of it, used it, and if so does it even work?
I know it has a website but havent had time to research it yet

Have not seen it. tryed to look it up did not get to far if someone has a web page would like to see more.

The everclean green "system" looks to be a UV light and washable electrostatic filter. They don't actually tell you what it is other than say electromagnetic energy and hydroxide catalytic reaction.

The metal mesh catches sme of the stuff ,but not all,the UVC will breakdown what it catches,what goes thru it will "impact" the coil in a few years.


Complete ripoff,IMHO.

This product has been marketed under different names,from the same address in Utah for years.
