Not quite finished....11-44 vitodens.
Approx 3600 sq ft. house. Basement is concrete, upper levels are under floor heat transfer plate. 16 zones, manifold and expansion tank are under the stairs in the basement.

I see you are using their neutralizer but how come you're not using the low loss header?

I was able to achieve adequate flow without the header by using a high head pump and a differential pressure bypass.

What's that white thing that is tied to the PVC pipe?
And is that the flue pipe? (White pipe on top of the unit going into the wall)
Otherwise, it looks great!

The pvc is connected to a condensate neutralizer. The pellets have to be replaced approximately yearly....I wonder how many homeowners will actually replace them yearly. The vent is coaxial aluminum and polypropylene. The exhaust gas exits through the smaller pp pipe and the intake air comes in through the outer aluminum pipe. We havent installed the termination yet. The stucco is not finished on the outside.
