We settled on an installer and he referred me to a program through the local electric company: Blue Ridge mountain EMC. They offer a financing program and as part of it the will do a final inspection of the system and test and approve the installation. But you do not need to get the financing to get the inspection. The contractor we used turns out to be on the list of approved contractors. You might check with your local utility and see if they have similar program available. Good heating!
