Opinions appreciated on York system w/ model #'s

If I am looking @ York website right, the AC & Coil are the LX series & the Furnace is the Affinity series. Is this correct? If so, will that work?

Contractor was of the opinion that this set-up offered more bang-for-the-buck than the extra $ the Affinity AC & Coil would cost.

If u were putting this system n ur home would u spend the extra $ on the Affinity AC & Coil?

If you want great comfort in the winter, and just cooling in the summer. That set up is ok.

If you want great comfort in teh summer also, the Affinity 2 stage is better.

You might want to ask for an Aspen evaporator coil to bring up the total system SEER ratings of any a/c system that you pick. They are rated higher and the corresponding AHRI ratings are higher.
