Student needs help

This is my first time here, so if I am doing something or saying something wrong, forgive me. I am a college student doing a project regarding preventive maintenance. Is there a way that I can find out some general PM guide lines for HVAC systems in a healthcare environment? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks
