Is my HTV Series a Carrier?

I am in the middle of getting a unit installed, was told it was a Carrier unit (as was on the contract). The Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manual that is here with the unit says Heat Controller (HTV Series). So, is this who makes the Carrier Unit? I'm afraid I am not getting what I paid for...

I read the posts saying Climate Control makes Carrier, and Climate Control makes Heat Controller, but wasn't sure if that equated to Heat Controller = Carrier.

If you are talking Geothermal heat pump, Climate Master makes the units for Carrier

Climatemaster makes Heat Controller units too. However, you do not have a Carrier. Better ask the dealer what the skinny is. Could be that the wrong manual got in the unit. What does the unit say?
